Questions worth asking first

Is ad spend included in the price?
No, and that is deliberate. Campaigns run on your own Meta ad account and Meta bills your card directly, so you keep the account, the history and the control of the budget. The subscription covers the funnel, the CRM and managing the campaigns.
How fast is it really live?
We build your funnel within 24 hours of you finishing onboarding. It can only show live prices once HealthSherpa approves an API key in your name, and that is their review queue, not ours — usually several days. Start that application the moment you sign up; it is the only step with a waiting period.
What if I don't have a Facebook page or ad account?
Onboarding walks you through creating both, and through giving us partner access. You will need a payment method on the ad account before anything can run.
Is my market exclusive?
Not by default. We may work with other agents in your state or city, and where two campaigns chase the same audience both pay more. If you need exclusivity for a defined market, ask before you sign up so it can be written into your order.
What happens if Meta restricts my ad account?
Health insurance is a restricted advertising category and this happens to good accounts for no stated reason. We will work the appeal and rebuild what can be rebuilt, but nobody can guarantee it. Your funnel and CRM keep working with traffic from any other source.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. The setup fee is non-refundable once we have started building.
Who owns the leads?
You do. We never resell them, never share them with another agent, and you can export everything if you leave.
