Facebook ads for ACA agents, run on your own ad account
FastTrack ACA handles Facebook advertising for health insurance agents from start to finish. We build and manage the campaigns, and every click lands on a quote funnel under your NPN, so your leads arrive quoted, consented and ready to call.
Why Facebook advertising is harder for health insurance agents
Health insurance is a restricted category on Facebook. Meta's financial and insurance products policy sets who an ad can reach and what it can say. Campaigns that fall under its financial products and services special ad category also lose much of the targeting agents expect: age is generally fixed at 18 to 65+, lookalike audiences are unavailable and detailed targeting is narrowed.
So the campaigns that work lean on the ad itself and on what happens after the click. On top of Meta's rules, ACA ads answer to CMS guidelines for Marketplace advertising. If you would rather run them yourself, our guide to Facebook ads for health insurance agents covers the rules, the budget math and a testing plan.
What we manage for you
Creative and copy
Ads written for a regulated category: about comparing Marketplace plans and getting help enrolling, never about what the viewer's health or income might be.
Audiences and budgets
We build within the targeting Meta allows for the category, and set and move the budget with you. Meta bills your own card directly.
Daily optimization
Campaigns are checked and tuned every day, so you are not left paying for an ad that stopped working last week.
Your name on the funnel
Every ad points at a funnel carrying your agency name, your colors and your NPN, so the person who clicks knows who will call them.
Where the click goes matters as much as the ad
A cheap lead from an instant form can be someone who does not remember filling it in. Ours go through eight screens: ZIP and county, household, timing, contact, doctors and prescriptions, then real Marketplace plans priced with their premium tax credit. Consent to contact and the CMS authorization are signed separately and filed to the contact as PDFs, and a prefilled HealthSherpa link is waiting when you call.
“The leads know who we are. They're expecting our phone call. They're willing to talk.”
What you own, and what it costs
The ad account, its history and every lead stay yours. Campaigns run on your own account, leads land in your own GoHighLevel sub-account, and we never resell them or share them with another agent.
The subscription is $597 a month per agent from the day you go live, plus a $250 one-time setup fee per agent. Ad spend is separate: campaigns run at about $25 a day, billed by Meta to your card. See how our ACA lead generation works for the full funnel and the arithmetic.
Questions agents ask about Facebook ads
Can ACA agents run Facebook ads?
Yes. Meta allows insurance advertising under its financial and insurance products policy, with limits. Ads must reach people 18 or older, the advertiser may have to verify their identity and authorization, and copy cannot imply anything about a viewer's personal attributes, such as their health or finances. CMS also has its own rules for how agents advertise Marketplace coverage.
Do I need my own Facebook page and ad account?
Yes, and onboarding walks you through creating both if you do not have them, then through giving us partner access. You will need a payment method on the ad account before anything can run. Because the account is yours, you keep it and its history if you ever leave.
How much do Facebook ads cost for a health insurance agent?
There are two costs. Ad spend goes to Meta, on your own card, and our campaigns run at about $25 a day. The subscription to us covers the funnel, the CRM and managing the campaigns. Cost per lead moves with your market, the season and the creative, so we do not promise a number.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Lead volume depends on your budget, your market, the time of year and how quickly you call. You see what the campaigns spend on your own ad account, and you can stop them whenever you choose.
What happens if Meta restricts my ad account?
This happens to good accounts in this category, sometimes with no stated reason. We work the appeal and rebuild what can be rebuilt, but nobody can guarantee the outcome. Your funnel and CRM keep working with traffic from any other source.
Why send the click to a funnel instead of a Facebook instant form?
An instant form is quick to fill in, often prefilled from the person's profile, so it can bring in people who barely remember submitting it. Our funnel asks more of them: it quotes real Marketplace plans for their county and captures their consent on your own page, so the leads that reach you have already done some work.
